What is Direct Primary Care?

DPC is a healthcare model that uses a low cost monthly subscription plan that is about the price of a gym membership. In DPC, your primary care doctor works directly for you and not for the insurance companies.

What We Offer

Unlimited Office Visits*

No visit fees mean that the doctor and the patient can decide when and how frequently it is best to be seen. It’s not the insurance companies business.

Low Monthly Membership

Get your health back for about the price of a gym membership. Transparent, not frustrating, and simple. As it should be. Click here for pricing.

Unlimited Telemedicine Visits*

Traditionally practices make money by getting the patients into the clinic and getting them in often. In DPC, the primay care physician & the patient can safely decide how to see each other; in person or in PJ’s sitting at home.

Medication Refills

High blood pressure? Cholesterol? Diabetes? Basic Mental Health? Have a medication refill, two, or much more than a few? No worries. These prescriptions are our specialty**.

Basic Urgent Care Capabilities

Accidents, sickness, and pains don’t work on a schedule. When our doors are open we give is a call. We can fix it ourselves or send you to someone who can.

Longer Visits with the Doc

In standard offices time and money has to be spent making insurance happy. This leads to 7 to 15 min at times and providers see upward of 30 patients in a day. The time we need is the time we take.

Same/ Next Day Appointments

No more 3 or 4 weeks waits until you can see a doctor. Call us and we will make an appointment that is quick and easy. Many day of or the next clinic day.

Patient Passport App

See your progress in real time. Use our app to see labs, results, and clinical information as they come out.

At Cost or Minimally Increased Pricing for Additional Treatments.

Labs, imaging, procedures are priced in a transparent manor. The benefits of near-wholesale will be passed down to the customer when applicable.

What We Don’t Have

Copays of Any Kind

Copays are for those other guys. Don’t stress about the appointment.

Visit Fees

All are visit fees covered in the membership costs. Don’t need them. Don’t want them.

Insurance Requirement

DPC is not a replacement for insurance and it is still recommended but put that card away at check in. We work for you…not for them.

Confusing Billing

90% of patients are surprised by their medical bills. We are upfront and honest.

Stressed & Overworked Doctors

The status quo has lead to a national physician burnout of 63%. Unhealthy doctors can’t lead to healthy patients.

Opioid or Narcotic Prescriptions

Opioids, Narcotic, and Schedule 2 and 3 medications are important for many patients however we do not offer them at this facility. No exceptions.

**Progress Medical Clinic is currently not providing OB/GYN services outside of well woman visits, children less than 5 years old, advanced psychological medication management, in office vaccines, schedule 2 & 3 medications (including Xanax, Narcotics, and ADHD medications). The primary care physician reserves the right to refuse treatments that he/she deems outside of the scope of practice. See patient contract for details.

*Progress Medical Clinic strives to have as many visits as the patients needs and much more than insurance based systems. Unlimited Visits and Unlimited Telemedicine Visits are up to the discretion of the primary care physician. Additional fees may apply after 24 visits in a contracted year. See the patient agreement for full details.
